information and/or have the ability to confirm and furnish such relevant information in a timely manner.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS & TIMING
Orders ship Monday through Friday. Shipping is closed Saturday and Sunday. Shipping time frames on
our checkout page are provided by the courier. The couriers do not guarantee these time frames.
Because of this and because we have no control over shipments once they are picked up from our
facility; CheapCoil.com cannot guarantee these time frames as well.
All in-stock orders placed by 12PM EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST
will ship the next available business day.
Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday through Sunday will ship the next available business day.
Orders placed after 12PM EST the day before or on Nationally Recognized Holidays or Days-Off (EX:
New Year’s Day) including some Religious Holidays will ship the next available business day.
International orders ship once payment clears.
Cheapcoil.com does everything in its power to ship your order so that it arrives at your chosen shipping
address as quickly as possible. However, Cheapcoil.com is not responsible or liable for any delays the
shipping courier incurs attempting to deliver your package. This includes, but is not limited to: weather,
natural disaster, state of emergency, labor disputes, protests, customs delays, etc.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Shipping destinations outside of the continental United States may incur additional costs or fees not
associated with or imposed by Cheapcoil.com. Additional costs or fees may include, but are not limited
to: customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees or handling fees. Cheapcoil.com is unaware of, does not
have access to, and has no ability to control or alter any additional costs or fees as it pertains to imports
and are therefore not added in-part or whole to any given international order. Any additional costs or
fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States may take extended periods of time to
deliver. Cheapcoil.com has no ability to gauge the length of time required to deliver to international
destinations and is not responsible for any delays or time frames associated with package delivery.
ADDRESS VALIDATION
All orders placed on Cheapcoil.com orders have their shipping addresses validated prior to shipping in
order to assure they reach their intended destination. Customers will be contacted via email if an order
has a shipping address that cannot be validated. Orders with unvalidated addresses will be held for 2
business days. If no response is given by the customer within 2 business days, Cheapcoil.com at their
discretion, may ship or cancel said order in question. If an order is shipped without validation and is
returned undeliverable; it is considered an undeliverable shipment at no fault of Cheapcoil.com.
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned to Cheapcoil.com as undeliverable for any reason other than error on the part
of Cheapcoil.com; Cheapcoil.com reserves the right to refund the undeliverable shipment minus the
cost of shipping or require the customer to pay the cost of re-shipping.
MISSING OR LOST SHIPMENTS & ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Shipping couriers, in their sole discretion determine how to deliver and where to leave your package. If
you are unable to locate your package or feel that your package is lost in-transit, please contact the
courier responsible for the delivery of your package. If the package is deemed lost you may contact us
to help resolve your lost package claim. Please note, Cheapcoil.com will take the time to perform the
due diligence necessary to verify a package is lost.
Any packages re-shipped under this premise will be shipped adult signature required, no exceptions.
P.O. BOX SHIPMENTS
Cheapcoil.com will ship to all P.O. Boxes as allowed by the United States Postal Service. FedEx and UPS
do not deliver to P.O. BOXES.
