Refund policy

DUE DILLIGENCE RESEARCH RECOMMENDATION
Cheapcoil.com makes its best effort to furnish all known information pertaining to the products sold on
its site. However, Cheapcoil.com is not the manufacturer of these products and may not be privy to all
information and/or have the ability to confirm and furnish such relevant information in a timely manner.
Because of this, we recommend performing your own due diligence on products prior to making a
purchase from Cheapcoil.com. If you have any questions, please contact us.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. Orders ship as per our
shipping policy. In some cases, this is same-day shipping and in many cases within 24-hours of
purchase. In the event we are unable to cancel your order before it ships; it would then be handled as a
new product return without cause.

NEW PRODUCT RETURNS
New products can be returned without cause. All products must be in their original packaging,
unopened, and unused in order to be considered a New Product Return. A new product return must be
shipped back within 30 days of the date they were delivered in order to receive a monetary refund.
New product returns shipped back after 30 days from the date they were delivered are eligible for store
credit. New product returns without cause are not eligible for shipping refunds or reimbursements.

OPENED PRODUCT RETURNS
Any product that has broken seals or packaging is considered opened product. Open product can be
returned without cause within 30 days of the date they were delivered. Open product returns are not
eligible for shipping refunds or reimbursement and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Open product
returns that are received missing packaging, components, manuals, or have damage are subject to a
50% restocking fee. Open products returned with signs of use are not entitled to any refund or
reimbursement. Signs of use will be documented and product will be discarded immediately. Open
product returns made after 30 days of the date of delivery will incur a 50% restocking fee and any
refunds will be in the form of store credit.

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

Damaged products are items that are received broken, damaged, missing pieces, or were shipped
incorrectly. Damaged product claims must be made within three (3) days of the date your package was
delivered to be entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer. Damaged product
claims made after the third day of delivery are handled as defective products.
Defective product is product that is used and fails. Cheapcoil.com does not manufacture any of the
products sold on its site. For the health and safety of our employees, Cheapcoil.com cannot accept
returns of used product. Many manufacturers require customers to file claims direct with the
manufacturer. For these reasons, defective product claims automatically default to the manufacturer
warranty is such warranty exists. Products that do not have a manufacturer warranty are handled on a
case-by-case basis at the discretion of Cheapcoil.com. Photo and/or video evidence may be requested
for damaged product claims and will be required for defective product claims.
Damaged or defective product claims made after 30 days from the date of delivery are only eligible for
manufacturer warranty claims should a manufacturer warranty exist.

RETURNS FROM LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Due to high shipping costs, fees, and taxes associated with international shipments; Cheapcoil.com
evaluates all return requests from locations outside of the continental United States and determines at
our discretion how they will be handled. If a return is accepted, any additional duties, fees, taxes, or
costs outside of shipping costs will not be refunded. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and will
be handled as per the written return policy provisions.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT SEND A RETURN BACK WITH RECEIVING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FIRST. For the
safety of our employees, any unknown package received without prior authorization will remain
unopened and immediately discarded. Unauthorized, discarded packages will not receive a refund, re-
imbursement, received an exchange or replacement, and will not be returned to sender.
Cheapcoil.com holds no responsibility or liability to unauthorized return packages, no exceptions.
All customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping unless otherwise stated by Cheapcoil.com.
Cheapcoil.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. For this reason, we recommend using
a courier service that provides tracking for your return shipment. Where shipping cost reimbursements
are applicable, Cheapcoil.com will not reimburse customers for excess, unnecessary, or expedited
shipping costs.

Return package check-in, inspection, and processing may take up to two (2) weeks from the date it is
delivered to our facility. All returns are handled in accordance with the findings of the inspection

regardless of the return reason on file. If the findings of the return inspection are different from that of
the return reason on file; the inspection findings supersede the return reason on file all will be handled
in accordance with the provisions set forth by this return policy. All findings that differ from the original
return reason will be documented and available at the request of the customer.

CHANGES TO RETURN POLICY & QUESTIONS
Cheapcoil.com reserves the right to make changes to this return policy by updating this page at any
